More Than A Programme.

A Place Of Emergence.

A conference intentionally designed to awaken teenagers through the teaching of God’s Word, the demonstration of the Spirit, discipleship, spiritual training, and real encounters that produce lasting transformation.

TET Conference was born from a burden for teenagers who know there must be more to Christianity than routines, empty moments, and surface-level experiences.

Many teenagers attend church regularly yet still struggle with confusion, spiritual weakness, lack of direction, and a disconnect from God’s purpose for their lives. They hear about revival, purpose, discipleship, and the power of God — but rarely experience them personally.

TET Conference exists to change that.

We believe teenagers are not too young to carry the fire of God, understand scripture deeply, walk in spiritual power, or become vessels for God’s mission in their generation. We believe this generation can emerge strong, spiritually grounded, and fully surrendered to Christ.

Our Story

The Emerging Teenagers (TET) Conference is an annual gathering organized by the Rhema Chapel Young and Filled Teenagers’ Church.

In the closing months of 2021, Bro. Adeleke Fasakin and Bro. Oluwalere Faleye received a divinely inspired vision concerning God’s purpose for teenagers in Redemption Camp and beyond.

The burden was to raise teenagers who would genuinely know God, understand the realities of Christ deeply, and become active participants in God’s mission.

What started as obedience to God’s instruction has now become an overflow of His work among teenagers — a place where many young people have encountered transformation, healing, spiritual awakening, discipleship, and renewed passion for Jesus.

Our Mandate

The vision of TET Conference is not of human origin. We believe it is a divine assignment entrusted to us by God for this generation. Our mandate is clear:

We are committed to training teenagers through sound biblical teaching and the demonstration of the Spirit. We believe true transformation happens when teenagers not only hear truth, but experience the reality and power of God personally.

TET Conference exists to raise teenagers who are deeply rooted in scripture, passionate about Jesus, and fully committed to God’s mission in their schools, campuses, communities, and generation.

We believe revival is not reserved for adults alone. God desires to awaken teenagers into deeper hunger, consecration, boldness, prayer, and spiritual responsibility.

Our desire is to help teenagers discover who they are in Christ, understand the possibilities available in the New Covenant, and emerge as leaders, disciples, and kingdom influencers.

What Makes

TET Different

Our Approach to Scripture

We intentionally center every teaching around the revelation of Jesus Christ and the realities of the New Covenant.

We believe teenagers can understand deep biblical truth when it is explained clearly and truthfully.

Our teaching model follows the conviction that the scriptures ultimately reveal Christ, and until Christ is properly revealed, true spiritual maturity cannot happen.

At TET, many teenagers encounter a completely different relationship with scripture during and after TET Conference.

Our Programme Structure

Every part of TET Conference is intentionally designed to produce spiritual growth and personal transformation.

Teenagers are exposed to a structure of discipline, prayer, spiritual responsibility, fellowship, and intentional growth.

TET is not built around creating temporary emotional moments. It is designed to create an atmosphere where teenagers can genuinely encounter God, develop spiritual stability, and grow into mature believers who can carry kingdom responsibility.

Our Training Focus

Our training focuses on equipping teenagers in practical and spiritual dimensions necessary for kingdom living.

Demonstrative Power

We intentionally train teenagers in the practical expression of spiritual realities, helping them understand that the power of God is still active and accessible through Christ (1 Corinthians 12:26, Acts 1:8).

Mental Renewal

We help teenagers renew their thinking through scripture so they can break free from confusion, insecurity, compromise, and distorted identity (Acts 18:28).

Spiritual Growth

We intentionally raise teenagers who can grow in prayer, consecration, spiritual discipline, dependence on God, and intimacy with the Holy Spirit (James 5:16, 2 Corinthians 10:4–6, Ephesians 6:10–18).

Leadership & Service

We equip teenagers to become responsible leaders and active contributors within ministry, school environments, evangelism, media, creative expression, and kingdom service.

Teenagers Leading Teenagers

One of the strongest evidences of TET Conference is the emergence of teenagers who now serve actively within the work.

Many responsibilities within the conference structure are coordinated and sustained by teenagers themselves — demonstrating growth in leadership, responsibility, service, and spiritual maturity.

Raising Teenagers Who Train Others

Over the years, TET Conference has produced teenagers who now disciple, mentor, guide, and spiritually influence other teenagers.

The conference has become a platform for multiplication — where transformed teenagers now help raise others.

Emergence of Useful Vessel

Many teenagers who once struggled with insecurity, fear, spiritual inconsistency, or lack of direction have emerged with boldness, clarity, conviction, and active participation in kingdom service.

Today, many are actively engaged in prayer, evangelism, leadership, teaching, media, creative ministry, and discipleship.

Expansion beyond Redemption City

What began in Redemption Camp has continued to spread beyond a single environment.

Teenagers from different communities and campuses now participate in TET Conference, carrying the vision, culture, and spiritual impact into new spaces and influencing others within their generation.

THE EMERGENCE CONTINUES

TET Conference is not simply about attending another Christian programme. It is about emergence. It is about teenagers discovering that God can truly use them. It is about moving beyond passive Christianity into spiritual growth, conviction, purpose, and kingdom responsibility. It is about encountering truth deeply enough that your life cannot remain the same.
